I'm truly sorry if you’ve recently lost a loved one.  

Selling a home after the loss of a loved one can come with a lot of decisions, often at a time when your attention is already pulled in many directions.

I’ve helped families throughout the South Shore navigate estate and probate home sales, and it has become one of the most meaningful parts of my work. 

I understand that a loved one’s home is often much more than a property, and I take seriously the responsibility of helping you through the process with care and respect.

I can also help coordinate the details that often come with preparing an estate property for sale, including cleanouts, donations, repairs, professional cleaning, staging, photography, and other services needed to get the home ready for market.

From our first conversation through closing, my role is to make the real estate side of the process easier to manage while making sure the property is positioned to achieve the strongest possible result.
