First Time Homebuyers

Thank you so much for considering me to help you buy your first home! While every Realtor can help you buy a home, I take pride in educating first time homebuyers so that they feel more comfortable with the process, understand and know what to expect, and therefore they do not feel nervous or uncomfortable during the process. 

For first time homebuyers I start with a home buying consultation. You wouldn't just walk into a doctor's office and sit down and undergo a procedure, right? You would have no clue who you are trusting with your procedure, what is going to happen, how much it will cost, or what to expect afterwards, am I right?

During the homebuyer consultation (at my office, your current place of residence, or via Zoom) we review a guide that I send to you in advance with your wants & needs for your first home, we discuss towns and typically rank them, we discuss the process of buying a home, what to expect, and a general timeline of the process. We also discuss the pre-approval process if you are not already pre-approved (and that's ok!).
